Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Abu Dhabi.
The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and managing real estate properties.
Key responsibilities
include consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing expert insights on market opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
This role requires excellent customer service skills and a deep understanding of real estate practices and market trends.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Consulting, with the ability to guide clients effectively on real estate investments and opportunities
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the Real Estate market and its regulations
- Self-motivated professional with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
