Full-time, on-site Property Consultant / Leasing Agent role based in Abu Dhabi.
Manage property sales and leasing across off-plan, secondary-market, and rental portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Source properties, conduct viewings, advise clients, handle inquiries, and provide accurate property information.
- Prepare and process sales and leasing documents; coordinate with landlords, developers, and internal teams.
- Maintain listings, negotiate terms, support clients through signing and move-in, and provide follow-up service.
- Monitor market trends, developer offerings, and regulatory requirements to inform client guidance.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of real estate, local market trends, property types, and basic sales, leasing, and property management processes.
- Sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and meeting performance targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and consulting skills.
- A Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related diploma or degree is beneficial.
- Prior real estate, leasing, or sales experience in Abu Dhabi or the UAE is an advantage.
- CRM, property listing platform, and basic MS Office proficiency are preferred.
- Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.
