Full-time, on-site Property Consultant / Leasing Agent role based in Abu Dhabi.
Manages leasing and sales across off-plan, secondary-market, and rental portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Source properties, conduct viewings, and advise clients on suitable options.
- Handle inquiries, provide accurate property information, and prepare and process transaction documents.
- Coordinate with landlords, developers, and internal teams; maintain updated listings.
- Negotiate terms and guide clients through contract signing and move-in.
- Provide service and follow-up while staying informed about market trends, developer offerings, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong real estate knowledge, including local trends, property types, and sales, leasing, and property management processes.
- Sales capability including lead generation, negotiation, deal closing, and performance targets.
- Clear verbal and written communication, strong customer service, and consultative client support.
- Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.
- A related diploma or degree is beneficial; prior UAE real estate, leasing, or sales experience is an advantage.
- CRM, property listing platform, and basic MS Office proficiency is preferred.
