Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain residential/commercial properties within the portfolio.
• Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Oversee tenant move-in and move-out processes, conducting inspections and documenting property conditions.
• Ensure properties are compliant with authorities’ regulations and safety standards.
• Market and advertise vacant units to attract and secure new tenants.
• Screen potential tenants, conduct background checks, and approve applications.
• Negotiate and execute lease agreements with tenants.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues proactively.
• Handle rent collection and pursue delinquent accounts, following the company's policies.
• Prepare and present reports on property performance to management.
• Conduct market research to gather data on property listings, pricing trends, and local market conditions.
• Develop marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and offering assistance throughout the real estate process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in property management, or real estate, preferably with 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of local residential & commercial laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and real estate professionals.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple properties and tasks.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in property management software and tools.
• High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document management and transaction coordination.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
