Job Title: Property Advisor – Off-Plan & Secondary Market
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Property Advisor** with **1–3 years of UAE real estate experience** in both **Off-Plan and Secondary Market** sales.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided sources.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in Off-Plan and Secondary properties.
- Conduct property viewings and project presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
- Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and property values.
- Negotiate offers and close sales successfully.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market and new project launches.
Requirements
- **1–3 years of UAE real estate experience** in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and market trends.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
