Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **HR Recruiter** with a strong background in **real estate recruitment**.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

The candidate must be target-driven, proactive, and capable of hiring quality real estate professionals within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate positions, including Property Consultants.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
  • Achieve monthly hiring targets while ensuring quality hires.
  • Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring requirements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE real estate industry or home country recruitment experience.
  • Own visa/Sponsored Visa
  • Strong experience in **hardcore recruitment** and mass hiring.
  • Proven experience hiring Property Consultants, Sales Professionals, and Real Estate staff.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, Dubizzle, Naukrigulf, GulfTalent, and social media platforms.
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS/CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • UAE real estate recruitment.
  • Fresher from home country also welcome.
  • Strong networking and headhunting skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an added advantage).
