Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **HR Recruiter** with a strong background in **real estate recruitment**.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
The candidate must be target-driven, proactive, and capable of hiring quality real estate professionals within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate positions, including Property Consultants.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding formalities.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets while ensuring quality hires.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE real estate industry or home country recruitment experience.
- Own visa/Sponsored Visa
- Strong experience in **hardcore recruitment** and mass hiring.
- Proven experience hiring Property Consultants, Sales Professionals, and Real Estate staff.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, Dubizzle, Naukrigulf, GulfTalent, and social media platforms.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS/CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- UAE real estate recruitment.
- Fresher from home country also welcome.
- Strong networking and headhunting skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an added advantage).
