Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Advisor based in Abu Dhabi.
The Property Advisor will be responsible for identifying and managing property investment opportunities, building relationships with clients, providing professional advice, and supporting property management tasks.
The role involves regular client interactions, handling inquiries, and assisting clients throughout the property purchase, leasing, or investment process.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
- Experience in Property Management and knowledge of the local real estate market
- Understanding of Investments and Finance principles related to real estate
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and meet sales or performance targets
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial
