Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Advisor role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Property Advisor will manage end-to-end property transactions, including sales, leasing, and client advisory.
Key responsibilities
include communicating with clients, understanding their property goals, managing property portfolios, providing investment advice, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
The role requires working closely with diverse teams, staying updated on market trends, and achieving sales targets.
Compensation
includes a competitive commission structure and additional support with pocket money.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and building professional relationships
- Experience in Property Management and handling property portfolios
- Knowledge of Investments and financial advising within the real estate sector
- Understanding of Finance as it pertains to property transactions
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi along with willingness to meet deadlines and targets
- Proficiency in languages other than English is a plus
- Previous real estate experience and familiarity with the UAE property market is highly desirable
