About the Role
RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is expanding its sales team and is looking for disciplined, performance-driven Property Consultants to join our Abu Dhabi office.
We operate within a structured environment focused on measurable results, accountability, and consistent monthly performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert qualified leads into successful property transactions
- Work within structured sales targets and reporting systems
- Manage client relationships with a focus on serious buyers
- Maintain consistent performance aligned with company expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential real estate sales
- Strong closing ability and client management skills
- Understanding of structured sales environments and CRM reporting
- Disciplined, consistent, and results-oriented mindset
Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrates consistent deal closures and measurable performance
- Highly accountable and performance-driven
- Comfortable working within a structured sales system
- Motivated by a combination of base salary and commission

This role is not suitable for:
- Candidates without a proven and verifiable sales track record
- Agents with inconsistent deal history
