The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering excellent service and closing deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with property sales, purchases, and leasing options
- Provide accurate details on property features, pricing, and rental terms
- Conduct property viewings and leasing tours
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into deals
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales and/or leasing
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local property and rental market trends
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach
