Property Advisor (Sales & Leasing) 1–2 Years Experience
About This Role
We are looking for a motivated Property Advisor with 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales and leasing. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering excellent service and closing deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with property sales, purchases, and leasing options
- Provide accurate details on property features, pricing, and rental terms
- Conduct property viewings and leasing tours
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into deals
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales and/or leasing
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local property and rental market trends
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach
