Job Summary
Apex Lux Technical Services is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Projects Supervisor to identify new business opportunities, secure projects, and oversee project execution from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have experience in technical services, fit-out, maintenance, renovation, or construction-related projects, with strong client relationship and site supervision skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and secure technical services projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals.
- Conduct site visits and assess project requirements.
- Coordinate project execution and supervise site activities.
- Manage labor, subcontractors, materials, and project schedules.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Provide regular project updates to management and clients.
- Monitor project costs and maintain profitability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development and project supervision.
- Experience in technical services, maintenance, fit-out, MEP, or construction sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE market and contractors network is an advantage.
