Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Leasing & Business Development Executive to promote and rent out office spaces within our Business Center.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting office viewings, converting prospects into tenants, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote office spaces, virtual offices, and business center services to prospective clients.
- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, social media, and online platforms.
- Conduct office tours and presentations for potential tenants.
- Follow up with inquiries and negotiate leasing terms.
- Convert leads into signed tenancy agreements.
- Maintain relationships with existing tenants and provide excellent customer service.
- Update and manage client information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with management regarding office availability and leasing opportunities.
- Achieve monthly leasing and occupancy targets.
Requirements
- Experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or business center operations is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Professional appearance and presentation skills.
- Work Location: Dubai, UAE.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
