We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with extensive UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out & Joinery to lead high-end commercial, hospitality, F&B, retail, and resident.

Responsibilities
- Manage projects from contract award to final handover
- Prepare and monitor project execution plans and construction schedules
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities
- Manage project budget, procurement, cash flow, and cost control
- Monitor quality, HSE compliance, and project progress
- Lead project meetings and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, MIRs, and WIRs
- Manage project risks, variations, extension of time (EOT), and contractual issues
- Ensure successful testing, commissioning, snagging, and DLP close out
Requirements
- Extensive UAE experience in Interior Fit Out & Joinery
- Experience managing high end commercial, hospitality, F&B, retail, and residential projects
- Strong project management skills from award to handover
- Ability to manage budgets, procurement, cash flow, and cost control
- Knowledge of HSE compliance and quality standards
