- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, Joinery Factory, and Site Teams
- Develop operational procedures and KPIs
- Review contracts, risks, claims, and commercial matters
- Support tendering and business development activities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and consultants
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager in interior fit out and joinery projects in the UAE
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in project profitability, resource allocation, and productivity monitoring
- Knowledge of contracts, risks, claims, and commercial matters

Job Summary
