Overview
A well established international firm with a strong regional presence is looking for an associate to join its projects team in Abu Dhabi.
The practice is genuinely busy across power, utilities and infrastructure and the team works for a broad mix of clients including lenders, sponsors, off-takers and government bodies at all stages of a project.
It is a good moment to be joining.
The pipeline is strong and there is real scope to take on responsibility and grow within the role.
Acting on procurements and financing structures for power generation, water treatment and waste processing facilities across the Gulf and wider region
Clean energy work covering solar, wind and newer fuel technologies as the region pushes through its energy transition
Negotiating and drafting contracts for privately financed infrastructure on both new build and existing asset transactions
Construction and procurement contract work using both standard form and bespoke engineering contracts
Helping clients navigate the commercial, regulatory and governance angles that tend to come with large scale project delivery
