A leading international law firm is looking for a commercially minded corporate lawyer to join its Riyadh office at mid-associate or senior associate level.
You will work alongside experienced partners on a busy, cross-border transactional practice spanning M&A, joint ventures, equity investments, and corporate restructurings with a strong Saudi and regional flavour.
This is a genuine opportunity to run transactions, build lasting client relationships, and grow within a firm that has deep roots in the Saudi market.
What You'Ll Do
- Lead M&A, joint venture, and restructuring transactions end-to-end
- Draft and negotiate SPAs, shareholders' agreements, JV documentation, and ancillary documents
- Coordinate multi-jurisdictional matters across the firm's global network
- Supervise junior team members and oversee due diligence processes
- Contribute to business development, pitches, and thought leadership
