- Required
- Possess relevant industry qualifications.
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualification would be beneficial.
- Proven continuous history of employment within the M&E Industry.
- Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge of a wide spectrum of mechanical plant and systems together with comprehensive fault finding ability.
- Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage own time, work and paperwork.
- Positive "can do" attitude. Flexible approach to hours and problem solving on site.
- Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works.
- Good understanding of H&S.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Possess IOSH Managing Safely or Black Managers CSCS card status.
- Health and Safety
- As a member of the team, you will be required to fulfil our legal duty to take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by your actions, and to follow all guidance and instructions given in this respect.
