Project Supervisor

About This Role

We Are Looking for a Project Supervisor with below job responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily Operations of the Projects/Fit Out Division including:

• Visiting the site & Preparing Design Layouts
• Preparation of Project Executio n Plans, Support in technical estimation, till the Execution
• Well Versed Experience in project Estimation, getting the Samples and show client
• Preparing the BOQ's from Drawings for estimation team
• Client meetings, Handling Sub-Contractors and get work done from Them
• Able to handle team and get works done
• Able to Meet Project Deadlines as per Client Request
• Able to Source teams, resources for project completion
• Identify inefficiencies and fix them—quickly
• Train new staff and continuously improve team capability
• Monitor productivity, Site movements, progress, and quality standards
• Handle on-the-ground problem solving without escalating everything upward
• Plan, source, and purchase required materials based on project needs
• Verify materials received match specifications and quality requirements
• Control material usage to avoid waste and unnecessary cost
• Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure it meets required standards
• Identify defects early and take corrective action immediately
• Maintain consistency in workmanship and finishing quality
• Meet clients on-site or at office when required
• Explain work progress clearly and professionally
• Present new designs, ideas, or improvements when needed
• Handle client concerns without escalating minor issues
• Identify and resolve technical issues at site independently
• Adjust execution methods when required to maintain progress
• Provide regular updates on progress, materials, and issues
• Maintain basic documentation of site activities
• Confident dealing with clients directly
• Ability to manage procurement and vendor coordination

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4 Years Experience in handling Fitout Project in Interior Designing's Company or in a Technical Service Company
• UAE Driving Licesne is a MUST
• Excellent Communication Skills

Experience:

• Fit out /projects handling / Renovation projects: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
• AUTO CAD /Drawing Reading Experience (Required)
