Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and specify construction chemical products, especially waterproofing systems, with consultants and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit technical documents, material submittals, method statements, compliance sheets, and related project documentation.
• Provide technical support for waterproofing systems, product selection, and site applications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, project managers, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to support proper application and installation practices.
• Ensure that product specifications, application procedures, and quality standards are followed.
• Assist the sales team with technical support to convert specified projects.
• Support troubleshooting, project coordination, and technical clarification during execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key project decision-makers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction chemicals, waterproofing, or related construction material fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in specification, technical support, site supervision, or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, waterproofing systems, specifications, and application methods.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Fluent Arabic communication skills, both spoken and written.
• English proficiency is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
• Willingness to travel for site visits, consultant meetings, and project discussions when required.
