Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Site Manager to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
This role is critical in coordinating site operations, managing teams, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
You will act as the key point of contact on-site, working closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily on-site construction activities and operations
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel
- Ensure project execution aligns with plans, specifications, and timelines
- Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Manage site documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Control site resources, materials, and logistics
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in site management or construction supervision
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations (HSE standards)

Preferred Qualifications

- Fluency in English; French language skills are highly preferred
