Project Site Coordinator

Heidelberg Materials has a current job opening for a project site coordinator in Ottawa.

Coordinate daily concrete deliveries, truck movements, and site logistics to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, contractors, dispatch, drivers, and internal teams.

Monitor delivery schedules, resolve operational issues, and communicate real-time updates to stakeholders.

Support site safety initiatives by promoting safe work practices, identifying concerns, and completing required documentation.

Maintain accurate project records, verify orders, complete reporting requirements, and support contract compliance.

Strong coordination, communication, and customer service skills in a fast-paced operational or construction environment.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and adapt to changing project requirements.

Knowledge of construction site operations, logistics, scheduling, or ready-mix concrete delivery processes.

Proven ability to maintain accurate records, complete documentation, and ensure attention to detail.

Proficiency in English; French language skills are considered an asset.

Project-based role located at a major construction site in Ottawa, ON.

Combination of outdoor site work and administrative responsibilities in a dynamic construction environment.

Regular interaction with contractors, site supervisors, drivers, dispatch personnel, and Heidelberg Materials operational teams.
