What You'll Be Doing
Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and daily equipment inspections to ensure safe operation.
Deliver quality products on schedule while providing excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch and plant personnel.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while operating equipment.
What Are We Looking For
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and the ability to safely operate commercial vehicles.
Demonstrated commitment to safety, reliability, and responsible equipment operation.
Ability to provide professional customer service and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Capability to perform physical job duties, including climbing, lifting, and working outdoors in varying conditions.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures and complete required documentation.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer
- $22.32 to $26.20 per hour
- Candidates with one year or more of RMC experience are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days of successful employment.
