Role Description
Lead and oversee large-scale projects, strategic programs, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure successful delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
Establish project governance frameworks, define strategic priorities, and oversee project portfolios from planning through execution and completion.
Manage project managers, team leads, and stakeholders while ensuring effective resource allocation, budget management, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring.
Provide executive-level reporting, facilitate decision-making, and resolve complex project challenges that may impact business outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness while supporting business transformation and long-term growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of project and program management methodologies, portfolio management, governance frameworks, budgeting, risk management, and performance measurement practices. Proficiency in project management software, reporting tools, business planning systems, and collaboration platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions at senior leadership levels. Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities with experience leading complex projects, managing multiple priorities, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly advantageous.
