Role Description
Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions, projects, and operational outcomes that align with organizational goals.
Oversee engineering activities including planning, design, development, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical requirements, evaluate solutions, and ensure successful project execution within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Monitor engineering performance, manage technical risks, resolve complex challenges, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Drive innovation, process optimization, and operational excellence while providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development support to engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of engineering principles, technical operations, project management methodologies, and process improvement practices. Proficiency in engineering software, technical documentation systems, reporting tools, and project management platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively bridge technical and business requirements. Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities with experience managing teams, projects, and multiple priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of quality management systems, risk assessment, compliance standards, safety regulations, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly advantageous.
