Site Project Scheduler role on a 6–8 month contract.

Responsibilities
- Collect and monitor weekly contractor progress updates and share them with the Project Director and Site Manager.
- Compare actual progress with planned targets and identify variances.
- Maintain the Risk Tracker with the site team and update the FIS S-Curve.
- Assess risks affecting FIS activities and project milestones and report findings to the Site Manager.
- Update TOP actual progress (FIS) and forecasts weekly; update the PTS with actual progress monthly.
- Monitor weekly targets, identify potential delays, and maintain the completion forecast based on progress and outstanding work.
- Develop and monitor the Back Energization Schedule and coordinate activities and target dates for completion.
Qualifications
- University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent.
- Previous Project Scheduler experience in heavy or industrial business; waste-to-energy or power plant experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant HSEQ legal and management-system requirements.
- Valid SCC, Safepass (ROI), CSCS or CCNSG card, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications, user knowledge of SharePoint and MS Project, and advanced Primavera 6.
