is expanding!

We are seeking a

Project Sales Consultant

to join our team at our Head Office in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

1.

Develop new business opportunities for office furniture projects in the Saudi market, targeting corporate clients, government entities, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and commercial office projects.

2.

Develop and maintain business relationships with interior designers, fit-out contractors, main contractors, real estate developers, dealers, and project consultants.

3.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients while continuously expanding the customer base.

4.

Manage the entire sales process for office furniture projects, including lead generation, customer needs analysis, solution development, quotation, commercial negotiation, contract signing, and project delivery.

5.

Understand clients' workspace requirements and provide professional office furniture and workplace solutions.

6.

Work closely with the design, procurement, installation, and after-sales teams to ensure successful and timely project execution.

7.

Follow up on project payments and ensure the timely collection of accounts receivable to minimize business risks.

8.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, project progress updates, and sales analysis reports to support the company's business strategy.

9.

Participate in industry exhibitions, networking events, and customer engagement activities to enhance the company's brand presence.

10.

Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by the company.

Qualifications

1.

Bachelor's degree or above.

2.

Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Saudi.

Experience

in office furniture, FF&E, interior fit-out, building materials, commercial workspace solutions, or project sales is preferred.

3.

Familiar with project sales processes in Saudi Arabia.

Existing relationships with Designers, Contractors, Corporate clients, Government entities, Hospitality, or Education sector clients will be an advantage.

4.

Strong project sales skills with the ability to independently develop business opportunities, conduct commercial negotiations, and manage project execution.

5.

Arabic speaker with good command of English for business communication.

6.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and business etiquette skills.

7.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively under sales targets and pressure.

8.

Holding a valid Saudi driving license and being willing to travel for client visits is preferred.
