Position Overview

As a project quotes coordinator at Thermosystems, your primary responsibility will be managing the bid documents from contractors, keeping track of customers bidding projects, and sending quotes to customers. You’ll collaborate with our applied sales teams as the first point of contact for quote requests on HVAC projects for new facilities, additions, and renovation projects. This is an entry level position and Thermosystems provides a comprehensive training program covering for new team members.

Responsibilitie s

Field customer emails for new projects/quote requests

Review direct email quote requests and customer sites for new jobs and addenda

Create new projects, and track customers and bid dates on our internal ERP system

Download all bid documents onto Microsoft Sharepoint

Review mechanical schedules on plans for equipment to quote

Notify sales teams of new projects and addenda

Create the bid list for the sales team weekly

Request quotes from other reps for projects out of Northern Illinois territory

Qualification s

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $27.65 - $28.85 / hr. in Illinois. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
