We are seeking a highly experienced QC Manager (Civil) to join our team on major Oil & Gas projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading quality control functions on large-scale civil works within the oil and gas sector.

Your Role
As a
Project QC Manager (Civil)
- you will:
- Lead and manage all Quality Control (QC) activities for civil works on oil and gas projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP) in compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to international standards (ISO 9001, project specifications, and client requirements).
- Coordinate inspections, tests, and certifications for civil construction activities.
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants, and Third-Party Inspectors on all quality-related matters.
- Review material submittals, method statements, ITPs, and inspection reports.
- Identify non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor QC engineers, inspectors, and quality staff on-site.
- Ensure quality documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
Experience
- Minimum 20 years of total professional experience in civil construction
- Must have at least 10 years experience as a QC Manager within the Oil and Gas industry
- Hands-on experience with quality audits, NCR management, and punch listing
- Proven experience working in EPC projects
Education / Certifications / Licenses
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil
- Must have ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of civil construction standards, codes, and inspection procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural project environment.
