Lead technical delivery of front-end application development programs.
Manage stakeholder engagement, team coordination, and execution of scalable, responsive customer-facing web applications.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of front-end development programs and manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources.
- Coordinate UI/UX, front-end developers, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management.
- Ensure coding, performance, accessibility, and security standards are met.
- Monitor KPIs and delivery milestones, escalate issues, and provide status updates to leadership and customers.
Required qualifications
- At least 10 years of IT experience, including 3+ years in program or project management.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as React.js, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience managing large-scale web and mobile application development programs.
- Knowledge of API integration, responsive design, UI performance optimization, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills; experience in Agile delivery environments.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with cloud-native web applications using AWS or Azure.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
