Responsibilities

• Lead implementation project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success measures with stakeholders.
• Create plans, estimates, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements; coordinate resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, deliverables, utilization, backlog hours, risks, and issues, and report status.
• Evaluate scope changes, negotiate impacts, secure agreements, and obtain sign-off.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalate critical issues, apply project methods and tools, and foster collaboration.
• Use homecare market and product knowledge to resolve implementation challenges.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of project management experience, ideally with large-scale or enterprise software implementations in professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong planning, estimation, scheduling, scope, risk, budget, and change management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Clear plain-English communication and strong client, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to resolve complex challenges, work independently, use sound judgment, and collaborate across teams.
• Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or comparable is an asset, not required.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Location and work model

• Role is based in Toronto, Ontario.
• Hybrid model with set in-office collaboration days requiring office attendance.

Compensation

• The stated expected hiring range is $75,000–$100,000 CAD for candidates hired to work in Ontario.
• Compensation varies based on skills, qualifications, experience, and market data.
