Project Manager role supporting Surgical Services at Seton Northwest Hospital in Austin, Texas.
The position manages assigned projects from planning through completion and aligns delivery with business strategy.
Schedule
- Day shift schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location and Facility
- The role is based at Seton Northwest Hospital in Austin, Texas, within the Surgical Services department.
Project Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects through completion.
- Develop project goals, objectives, and schedules aligned with business strategy.
- Assign resources to meet project goals.
- Develop, track, and document project details.
- Define, monitor, and adjust project budgets and plans as resource requirements change.
- Communicate and document project quality and progress metrics.
- Address and resolve project issues to keep projects on track.
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma equivalency plus three years of cumulative experience is required.
- An associate's or bachelor's degree plus two years of cumulative experience is an alternative qualification.
- Seven years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience may satisfy the minimum qualification.
- Three years of leadership or management experience is preferred.
