Responsibilities
1.
Assist the Project Manager in managing and supervising solar energy system solution projects.
2.
Assist in the preparation and implementation of project plans and overall project cost control.
3.
Coordinate with customers and develop actionable project plans.
4.
Assist in managing construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
5.
Coordinate the preparation of engineering drawings, circuit diagrams, and other project documents, and submit them to relevant departments.
6.
Provide technical support during the tendering and sales process.
Job Description
1.
Assist the Project Manager in supervising engineering projects such as solar energy and EV charging projects.
2.
Prepare work schedules, monitor project progress, and control project costs.
3.
Develop feasible plans with clients and explain the scope of work to the foreman for project implementation.
4.
Coordinate and prepare technical submissions and reports for clients and relevant government departments when required.
5.
Assist in preparing tenders and quotations.
Qualifications
1.
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
2.
Experience
in solar energy, renewable energy, EV charging, or MEP projects is preferred.
3.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, engineering drawings, and Microsoft Office applications.
4.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
5.
Ability to communicate in English; Chinese and Arabic are an advantage.
Requirements
1.
Immediate availability is preferred.
2.
Willing to work on-site and coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams.
3.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
4.
Driving License 1 & 2 is preferred.
5.
Registered Electrical Worker certification is an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary + attractive project bonus (depending on experience and performance)
- Year-end bonus provided
- Medical insurance provided
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 5–6 working days per week depending on project requirements
- AED:10,000 to AED:15,000
