Oversee project execution, coordinate site activities, and deliver luxury interior fit-out projects.
The work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise luxury interior fit-out projects from initiation through handover.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and site safety.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Review drawings, technical details, and project documentation.
- Resolve site-related issues and provide technical support to project teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in luxury residential and villa fit-out projects.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Proven track record completing luxury projects in premium Dubai communities, including Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, The Meadows, Jumeirah Islands, Dubai Hills Estate, or Al Barari, or similar high-end developments.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authority requirements, and project management practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in luxury villa renovations, bespoke interiors, and high-end residential fit-out is preferred.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and luxury interior detailing is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
