About This Role
House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. HCO employs a diverse range of architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a "one-stop solution" for their clients' project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team for a high-end residential palace project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing construction site activities, acting as a client representative, and ensuring compliance with design, quality, safety, and programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site client representative during construction
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality, and schedule
- Monitor progress against approved drawings, method statements, and programme
- Coordinate between contractors, consultants, and trades
- Identify and escalate risks, constraints, and non-compliance issues
- Lead site inspections, quality reviews, and manage corrective actions
- Support commissioning, testing, and project handover
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure contractor compliance with health and safety requirements
- Liaise with client-appointed vendors and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction and project management, preferably in high-end residential palace projects
- Prior experience in PMC, consultancy, or construction supervision roles (site-based)
- Strong understanding of FIDIC contract environments
- GCC experience is essential (KSA preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Full-time, site-based availability
