Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction projects, including planning, execution, and closing phases.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide project activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- At least 20 years of experience in project management within the infrastructure / land development sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
