- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- - Lead pursuit teams to execute required actions and deliverables aligned to opportunity timelines and RFP requirements. - Create and manage integrated project plans, milestone schedules, dependencies, decision checkpoints, and readiness calendars. - Track action ownership, due dates, completion status, risks, issues, open decisions, and leadership follow-ups. - Manage risk, issue, and action-item logs; escalate decisions and barriers with clear options, impacts, and recommended next steps. - Coordinate and negotiate across operations, IT, pricing, HR, finance, proposal, sales, and other pursuit resources to maintain schedule adherence. - Use approved AI-enabled tools and automation practices to streamline recurring status reporting, meeting-note synthesis, action-item extraction, and risk visibility. - Mentor junior staff; review trackers, status updates, and governance materials for clarity, completeness, and follow-through.
