Need experienced PLM Project Manager with strong expertise in Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform to lead end-to-end PLM implementations and transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical understanding, project delivery experience, and stakeholder management skills to drive complex digital engineering and product lifecycle initiatives.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of PLM solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform , ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and quality across multiple workstreams.
• Drive program governance , including planning, risk management, issue resolution , and reporting to senior leadership.
• High Ownership along with strong Project Management experience.
• Customer Front Ending Interactions & Collaboration with technical teams is a key requirement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including CAD, engineering & manufacturing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills .
• Manage vendors, system integrators, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
• Establish best practices, templates, and frameworks for PLM program execution .
• Lead change management initiatives, user adoption strategies, and training programs.
• Monitor KPIs and project performance metrics to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-based PLM deployments is an advantage.
• Project management certifications like PMP would be preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and complex stakeholder environments.

• B.E/B Tech/MBA or equivalent
• 8 – 12 years of experience
• Project Management Certifications are preferred
