Manage Pre-Engineered Building projects end to end, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Coordinate clients, consultants, vendors, site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to achieve schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets.
Key responsibilities
- Plan schedules, milestones, resources, and manpower, and review drawings and specifications.
- Oversee site operations, fabrication, dispatch, erection, subcontractors, labor productivity, site inspections, and quality compliance.
- Manage client relationships, project meetings, progress reporting, customer issues, costs, procurement, invoices, and labor bills.
- Implement safety protocols, coordinate QA/QC, maintain documentation, and prepare recurring progress reports.
Qualifications and experience
- BE, B.Tech, ME, or M.Tech qualification.
- 7–10 years of PEB project management experience, including fabrication and erection.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools and ERP systems.
- Technical PEB knowledge plus leadership, organization, communication, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and team-management abilities.
- English is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as starting from ₹8,00,000 per month in one section and ₹800,000 per year in another section.
- Performance bonus, cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund are listed.
Schedule
- Day shift.
- Full-time, permanent position.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
