About This Role
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Orchestrate the end-to-end lifecycle of OHTL projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives, and manage all aspects of the project from inception to completion.
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and performance feedback to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, implementing effective solutions to minimize impact on project deliverables and timelines.
