Role overview

Project delivery and management

• Plan design and construction activities and identify critical milestones and priorities.
• Estimate budgets and staffing needs for the project scope and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractor services and major equipment availability.
• Assign construction superintendents, monitor progress, and recommend corrective action.
• Evaluate performance and recommend promotions and salary actions.
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to maintain efficiency, schedules, and budgets.

• Maintain client and community relations.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in mechanical engineering or a relevant engineering field.
• At least 15 years of experience in large-scale building construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry practices.
• Demonstrated managerial capability and strong written and oral communication skills.

Desired qualifications

• Experience on large civil/structural or industrial projects in the GCC is preferred.
• Airport construction experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills are desired.
