Lead MEP projects for a Dubai-based contracting company delivering residential, commercial, and industrial work.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate MEP activities across multiple projects.
- Review and approve designs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Manage schedules, resources, and budgets to support timely completion.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor local authority and HSE compliance; prepare progress reports and project documentation.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of UAE MEP contracting experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Proven experience handling large-scale projects from initiation to handover.
- Leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with UAE authority approvals and regulations, including DEWA, ADDC, DM, and DCD.
- Valid Dubai driving license.
