Role Overview
HTL Electromechanical Contracting is hiring a Mechanical Project Site Engineer with a core mechanical background and hands-on MEP experience.
The role leads complete site execution, multidisciplinary design coordination, and project completion activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee installation of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and MEP schematic diagrams.
- Plan material procurement, labor allocation, and weekly progress targets.
- Coordinate HVAC chillers, ducting, piping, electrical grids, and other disciplines.
- Lead testing and commissioning for cooling plants, pumps, ventilation, and fire systems.
- Coordinate inspections and clearances with UAE authorities, including Civil Defence, municipalities, and DEWA or ADDC.
- Maintain QA/QC compliance and site safety requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least five years of total experience in MEP project engineering and at least five years of hands-on UAE construction experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Primary mechanical engineering background with verifiable experience managing HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MEP software, heat load calculations, and project management tools.
- Immediate availability to join.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person on project sites.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–AED 7,000 per month.
