Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee marble and natural stone projects from planning through execution and handover.
The ideal candidate will manage site operations, coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors, ensure quality installation, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Experience
in marble, granite, quartz, engineered stone projects is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of marble and stone projects for luxury residential, high-rise buildings, hospitality, or community developments.
- Prepare and manage multiple project schedules based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Review shop drawings, material specifications, BOQs, and project schedules.
- Plan with procurement team on delivery of marble, granite, quartz, and related materials for the projects.
- Supervise site installation activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct daily site inspections and ensure quality workmanship and finishing standards in every site.
- Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.
- Continiously monitor site productivity through targets and reporting system.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare Monthly progress reports, project updates, and handover documentation.
- Manage variation orders, claims, and project documentation.
- Manage team of project Engineers and Site Engineers.
- Coordinate factory production schedules with site requirements when applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- 8-15 years of experience in marble or stone projects.
- Strong knowledge of external and internal marble installation methods, cutting, polishing, and finishing processes.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or AutoCAD.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local construction standards and safety regulations.
