Mission

Activities

• In this role, you will:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of autonomous vehicle deployment projects across the Middle East (planning, execution, rollout, and optimization)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, sales, customer success) to ensure aligned execution
• Define, implement, and continuously improve scalable operational processes and project frameworks
• Manage stakeholder communication, including clients, partners, and internal leadership
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high quality standards
• Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation strategies in fast-moving, complex environments
• Translate business objectives into actionable project plans, KPIs, and measurable outcomes
• Support commercial initiatives by aligning project delivery with customer needs and sales objectives
• Contribute to scaling TractEasy’s operations by standardizing best practices and enabling repeatable deployments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or related roles in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from planning to execution and delivery
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical and business teams
• Experience in scaling processes and implementing operational best practices in growing organizations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on and structured approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic, high-growth environment
• Familiarity with autonomous mobility, autonomous systems, robotics or aviation/industrial environments is a strong advantage
• Soft skills
• Strong ownership and accountability, with a proactive, hands-on mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and align diverse stakeholders
• Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environments
• Able to work independently, self-starter with strong capability to interact and work in a multinational environment
• Languages skills
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic, German or French is a plus), both written and verbal
