Location

  • We offer flexible and hybrid working, with regular attendance expected at one of our Rolls-Royce SMR locations. Travel to supplier, customer and project locations will be required as needed.
  • What's in it for you?
  • The salary for this role is £50,600 - £66,500, dependent on the skills, experience and values you bring. You’ll also receive:
  • Bonus: 12.5% (performance related)

  • Due to the safety regulations within the nuclear industry, applicants will be required to participate in additional screening. These are:
  • Obtaining Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance • Satisfactory completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check • Satisfactory completion of a basic financial probity check

Qualifications

  • An engineering qualification, project management qualification (such as APM PMQ) or equivalent demonstrable experience managing complex engineering projects.
  • Experience leading major engineering or capital projects within highly regulated industries.
  • We'll ask about your experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing project risks and delivering projects to time, cost and quality requirements.
  • Knowledge of project management disciplines, contract management and project controls, with familiarity of tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SAP, Power BI or similar platforms.
