Leads dedicated Site Managers and on-site Contracts Administrators across projects in Sydney, other regions, and other states, working from the Sydney office.

Responsibilities
- Deliver commercial and fit-out projects end to end, with project values ranging from $500K to $5M.
- Lead and coordinate site teams, Contracts Administrators, and subcontractors.
- Oversee project finances, track budgets, and provide regular financial reporting.
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations are met.
- Manage projects from site setup through final handover and client sign-off.
- Maintain transparent relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
Skills and experience required
- Proven track record as a Project Manager within a respected commercial construction firm.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects valued at $2M or more; commercial fit-out background is essential.
- Strong experience working in busy, live environments.
- Strong planning, organisational, and budget management skills.
- Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
