About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Digital Integration Leader
to drive a
large-scale, complex digital transformation initiative
within a dynamic and regulated business environment.
This role is critical in shaping and delivering end-to-end digital services—from strategy and governance to implementation and steady-state operations—ensuring seamless execution, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.
Digital Strategy & Architecture
- Define and maintain end-to-end digital process and system strategy aligned with the business operating model
- Translate business requirements into scalable digital architectures, process flows, and system dependencies
- Ensure solutions are compliant, scalable, and aligned with operational and regulatory requirements
- Drive prioritization based on business criticality and operational continuity
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment through structured governance
Implementation & Transition Management
- Lead full lifecycle digital implementation, including system migration, separation, and deployment
- Manage complex interdependencies across multiple technology streams
- Oversee testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and uninterrupted business operations
- Identify and mitigate risks using structured frameworks
Vendor & Contract Management
- Support structuring and negotiation of software, services, and managed service contracts
- Ensure alignment with scope, SLAs, governance, and long-term scalability
- Collaborate with procurement, legal, finance, and risk teams
- Monitor vendor performance and enforce accountability
Operating Model & Governance
- Align digital team structures with enterprise operating models
- Establish governance frameworks (decision-making, escalation, compliance, risk)
- Define clear accountability across internal teams and external partners
- Implement standardized procedures and reporting mechanisms
Service Handover & Partner Integration
- Lead transition of digital services to shared services and external partners
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer and operational readiness
- Define sustainable support models with clear ownership
- Validate partner capabilities across critical systems
Business Enablement & Performance
- Drive adoption through change management, communication, and training
- Monitor service performance, SLAs, incidents, and user satisfaction
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability
Core Accountabilities
- Plan, supervise, and deliver functional objectives
- Support budgeting, cost control, and performance tracking
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and international best practices
- Drive innovation and process optimization
- Ensure adherence to HSE and sustainability standards
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in
- large-scale digital transformation / system integration programs
- Strong background in
- digital strategy, governance, and enterprise architecture
- Experience managing
- multi-vendor environments and complex system transitions
- Excellent stakeholder management across business and technology teams
- Strong understanding of
- regulated industries
- (energy, retail, or similar is a plus)
