Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager – Installation
with prior experience in elevator/escalator to lead and oversee elevator installation projects across multiple sites.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, site coordination, contract management, and ensuring high-quality delivery within timelines and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- **Project Management:**
- Plan, execute, and deliver installation projects in line with project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- **Site Management & Execution:**
- Oversee multiple project sites, ensuring all installation activities are carried out efficiently and safely.
- **Work Progress Monitoring:**
- Track day-to-day site activities and ensure timely completion of milestones with proper follow-up on all ongoing work.
- **Quality Assurance:**
- Ensure all installation work meets company standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- **Contract Negotiation:**
- Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and project success.
- **Stakeholder Coordination:**
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams (engineering, logistics, and procurement).
- **Team Leadership:**
- Manage and guide site engineers, supervisors, and technicians to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Risk & Issue Management:**
- Identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective actions proactively.
- **Reporting:**
- Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and performance insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
- **8-10 years of experience**
- in project management, in elevator/escalator
- Minimum
- 5 years in a managerial role
- handling installation projects
- Strong experience in
- site execution and multi-project handling
- Proven track record in
- contract negotiation and stakeholder management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with international safety and quality standards
