Work Pack Engineer Lead

Requirements

• Significant experience leading work pack, workface planning, construction readiness, project engineering or fabrication support functions within a highly regulated environment. Proven experience leading technical or project support teams. Strong understanding of work pack preparation, document control and workface planning principles. Experience managing interfaces between Engineering, Planning, Construction and Quality functions. Strong understanding of quality requirements, configuration management and technical documentation control. Experience delivering against programme milestones and performance targets. Understanding of project controls, productivity measurement, earned value principles and cost impacts associated with workface readines Relevant supervisory or leadership experience. Ability to obtain and maintain HPC site access requirements. HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline. CCNSG Safety Passport.
