Project Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a high-impact Strategy & Analytics Consultant to lead analytics-driven transformation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy consulting, data, and program execution—requiring the ability to structure ambiguous problems, define value creation levers, and translate insights into measurable outcomes. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to diagnose business challenges, define KPIs, and shape strategic initiatives that drive enterprise performance, visibility, and governance.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in strategy consulting, analytics or program leadership role
- Proven ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into structured solutions
- Deep understanding of KPI design, performance management, and business metrics
- Experience deriving insights from both quantitative data and qualitative/unstructured inputs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and hypothesis-driven approach
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and driving outcomes in a client-facing environment
- Ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Business operations experience or MBA
- Preferred Experience:
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- SQL or basic data querying skills
- Exposure to data platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)
- Understanding of AI/ML or data-driven transformation initiatives
- Experience in consulting, business strategy, or digital transformation programs
- Good to Have:
- Prior experience in top-tier consulting firms or similar high-impact advisory roles
- Exposure to enterprise-wide strategy, transformation, or operating model design
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements from problem definition to solution design and execution
- Structure ambiguous business challenges into clear hypotheses, analytical frameworks, and actionable roadmaps
- Define KPIs, success metrics, and value realization frameworks aligned to business objectives
- Synthesize insights from structured and unstructured data (reports, documents, operational data) to inform strategy
- Translate analysis into executive-ready recommendations and decision frameworks
- Drive cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment between business, data, and technology teams
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement, automation, and data-driven transformation
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and executive presentations
- Track initiative performance and ensure delivery of measurable business impact
